The AISmartBooking platform is operated by Haircuts By Stetson ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"). By accessing or using AISmartBooking (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and enter into a binding agreement with Haircuts By Stetson.

The Service provides booking, scheduling, and client management tools.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the AISmartBooking software, source code, design, trademarks, logos, documentation, and all related intellectual property — are and remain the exclusive property of Haircuts By Stetson and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Haircuts By Stetson grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended business purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service. Content you upload (such as your logo, client records, and booking data) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, refunds, chargebacks, billing disputes, and tax compliance.

Purchases of AISmartBooking subscriptions are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which set out payment, billing, currency, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics. Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy. To request a refund or manage billing, visit paddle.net or contact our support team. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases.

Subscription fees are billed by Paddle on the recurring interval you select (monthly or yearly) and continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the paid period, after which the account is downgraded.

Bookings: Appointments booked through the Service are subject to the business's published policies, including cancellation, refund, and no-show terms.

Client Data: The business is responsible for client data managed through its account. We maintain security; liability for accuracy and legality of submitted data rests with the business.

Automated Tools: Automated reminders, confirmations, and assistive tools are provided to help operate the Service. You are responsible for reviewing communications generated on your behalf.

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including transmitting harmful code or engaging in abusive behavior.

AISmartBooking reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms.
